Roquetas del Mar Lighthouse
The Roquetas del Mar lighthouse dates back to the 18th century, yet it ceased to function as a lighthouse in the middle of last century. Located in the port, it is the venue for a variety of exhibitions organised by the cultural division, which usually take place all year. These exhibitions, whether run by individuals or groups, offer varied and diverse themes as well as fine artistic displays. The programme of events is updated every fortnight.

The lighthouse is situated on a triangular structure that also forms part of the open-air auditorium and the Santa Ana castle. It is recommended if you wish to discover some of Roqueta del Mar's finer pieces of history.
