Sargantana Restaurant is a breath of fresh air in terms of high quality food and professional service. Situated on the left banks of the old River Turia, Sargantana is an elegant local eatery dedicated to satisfying the most demanding of palates. With only ten tables, every visitor receives a personalised service and exclusive attention. Every dish on the menu, a superb selection of fine Mediterranean cuisine, is prepared with carefully selected local produce and a touch of imagination. These delicacies can be enjoyed on the restaurant's sunny terrace whilst watching the world go by in the magical city of Valencia.

Sargantana Restaurant also specialises in organising winetasting sessions in Valencia. These can either be held in the restaurant itself or be contracted to take place at business seminars, meetings or family gatherings. There are many different options on offer: sweet wine sessions with cheese, wines with different varieties of jam, or specialised wine evenings. There is a wide variety of wines, cheeses and meats on offer, and the restaurant can organise a range of presentations, both formal and informal.
