Description
The Casa Mudéjar Hospedería is a boutique hotel. Within its facilities, unique art pieces can be enjoyed, such us incredible Mudejar coffered ceilings from the 15th century, the most important Roman ruins (in second position after the Aqueduct) found in Segovia, the biggest cistern in the city turned into a meeting hall or the best views of the Guadarrama Mounts from its forty rooms very tasteful ornamented.

Apart from the hotel, within its facilities, we can also enjoy the El Fogón Sefardí restaurant, with entrance from the popular Judería Vieja -Old Jewish district-. This restaurant has a capacity up to 230 persons and blends Castilian with innovative features, recovering the Sephardic gastronomy to be enjoyed for the most demanding palates. All of this in the city centre, just ten metres from the Plaza Mayor, an incomparable establishment to enjoy some relaxed days.
